Due to the nature of Vela’s personalized digital report service, the following refund policy applies.
Please review the above policy carefully before purchasing the Service.
Eligible for Refund
- A full refund is available after payment and before the submission of any photos, videos, or questionnaires.
Non-Refundable
- Once required materials have been submitted, report production is considered to have started and refunds are no longer available.
Exceptional Refund Cases
- Refunds may still be granted in the following situations:
- If the Company is unable to provide the Service due to internal circumstances
- If the report is not delivered within 14 days after all required materials have been submitted
Refund Processing
- Refund requests are processed within 3 business days.
- The actual refund completion time may vary depending on the payment provider or payment method.
